All the Tamariki and teachers are enjoying the new playground that was remodelled over the Christmas break in preparation for the new centre

There have been a few delays some caused by the weather in the past month which has put us back a couple of months. The foundations are completed with the concrete floor being poured last week (4 February). This is a major step forward and we will see the structure starting to take shape in the coming weeks

Clevedon Presbyterian Church has plans to commence the redevelopment of the church site later this year. The first stage of the project is underway with the new Early Childhood Centre for Clevedon Kidz to be built on the north side of the church.

The existing Clevedon Kidz centre will remain OPEN while the new centre is being built. There may be some disruption during the building process, including less parking being available. The plan is to ensure all our tamariki can continue to attend the centre where our dedicated teaching team do an amazing job, inspiring and empowering their learning journey.

The plans and stages of the new church project have evolved around Clevedon Kidz and Family Ministries Playgroup/Mainly Music being able to operate during the different stages of the build.

Our aim is to provide open and clear communication with all our Clevedon Kidz whanau and the wider community so everyone can see the ‘big picture’ as we look forward to an exciting new ECE centre for Clevedon Kidz and the complete redevelopment of the church site.
